Three Headz LLC (“AirRoamer,” a three headz company, “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates airroamer.co. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Checkout information. When you buy an eSIM we collect the email address you enter at checkout and, if you use one, your promo code. Your email is used to deliver your eSIM and your order receipt.
  • Order records. We keep a record of each order: the plan purchased, destination, price and currency, order status, and the eSIM activation details (such as the QR code and SIM identifier) needed to deliver and support your purchase. Top-ups are recorded against the eSIM they apply to.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages. Your card number goes directly to Stripe — we never receive or store it. We receive confirmation of payment and the order details from Stripe over a signature-verified connection.
  • Approximate location and language. To show suitable currency and language defaults, we read the country code and language preference our hosting network derives from your request (for example, a two-letter country code). We store that country code and language with your order; we do not store your IP address in order records.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical information about requests for a limited operational period, used to operate and secure the site.

How We Use Information

  • To process your order and deliver your eSIM by email.
  • To provide customer support and handle refund requests.
  • To prevent fraud and secure the site.
  • To operate and maintain the service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. A locale cookie may be set to remember your language preference. The admin area used by our staff stores a session token in the staff member's own browser; customers receive no such token.

Service Providers

  • Stripe processes payments and handles your card data under its own privacy policy.
  • eSIMaccess provisions the eSIM profile for your destination. We send it the technical details needed to issue your eSIM (plan code and an order reference) — not your email address.
  • Elastic Email delivers our transactional email (your eSIM and order confirmation) and processes your email address solely to deliver those messages.
  • We use reputable infrastructure providers to host this website.

Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to support your purchase, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle disputes and refunds. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing support@airroamer.co. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law. Note that we may need to retain order records required for tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Children's Privacy

This site sells travel connectivity products and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
